4. Payment Terms

4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require:
- 50% advance payment before commencement of work
- Remaining 50% upon completion of the agreed-upon deliverables
4.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month on outstanding amounts and may result in suspension of Services.
5. Confidentiality

6. Service Delivery & Revisions
6.1 Timelines: We strive to deliver Services within agreed-upon timeframes. Delays caused by incomplete information, changes in project scope, or factors beyond our control may affect delivery schedules.
6.2 Revisions: Our service packages include specific revision allowances. Additional revisions may incur extra charges as communicated in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoop Analysis Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or research opportunities.

9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate Services with written notice if:
- The other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy such breach within 15 days;
- Either party becomes insolvent or bankrupt.
9.2 Upon termination, you are obligated to pay for all Services rendered up to the termination date.
10. Academic Integrity
We support ethical research practices and do not engage in academic dishonesty. Our Services are designed to assist your research efforts, not to replace your intellectual contribution. You are responsible for maintaining academic integrity in accordance with your institution’s policies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
